Shipping Policy

                    We offer shipping thru Delta airlines for an additional $250 fee to destinations in the United States that accept Delta cargo shipping of birds. Shipment can be performed throughout the year, weather permitting.  The fee includes flight fee and crate. We keep track of all shipments and update customers throughout the process until the bird arrives at its destination.

                   We offer next day express shipping  thru USPS for an additional $100 fee to destinations in the United States that accept next day shipping for birds. Shipping is limited to certain times of the year. We keep track of all shipments and update customers throughout the process until the bird arrives at its destination.

All shipments are prepared with plenty of food and water to make travel comfortable and as safe as possible.

Return/exchange policy

To the best of our knowledge and expertise, our birds are healthy unless otherwise disclosed. Please be advised that all birds are purchased in “as is'' condition. 

 

Unweaned birds are nonrefundable. We recommend that you take your new bird to an avian certified veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival or bird pick-up.

 

If the veterinary examination reveals a concerning health problem  with the bird,  we will consider a refund. A copy of the veterinary record will be required. All medical bills incurred will be the buyer's responsibility.

We may consider a refund, on a case by case basis
